Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason, in accordance with EU consumer protection law.

How to Return

Contact us at we.djgordon@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

Return Shipping

Unless the item is defective or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you and process your refund to your original payment method within 14 days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
